1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, consumers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a clear statement by e-mail or post.
